Job Description

F&B Service Crew responsible to welcome and seating customers, taking customer orders, communicating effectively with the kitchen team and in addition, memorizing the menu and offering recommendations to upsell.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for facilitating or providing assistance to all customer queries/requests; To ensure the delivery of consistent and excellent customer service to all guests; To undertake the general cleanliness of the property; Under the general supervision of the Operations Manager; Provide excellent customer services; Always strive towards best customer satisfaction; Greet customer and present menus, make suggestions based on customer preference; Up-sell when appropriate; Take and serve food/drinks orders; Arrange table settings; Keep tables clean and tidy at all times; Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff;
Adhere to all relevant Health Department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines; and

Performs other related duties to benefit the mission of the organization

The above duties are a guide to the nature of work required and are not intended all the tasks associated with the role. Incumbent maybe required to perform any other duties as and when assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
