Assist in selling durians, including introducing varieties, prices, and taste profiles
Serve walk-in customers, provide sampling, weighing, and packing services
Assist Chinese tourists in selecting durians and provide simple translation / explanation
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the durian display area, including restocking
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and basic after-sales support
Requirements:
Cheerful personality, enjoys interacting with people, good customer service attitude
Must be able to communicate in basic Chinese; ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage
Ability to communicate with Chinese tourists and provide simple translation is a plus
Comfortable with durian smell and willing to learn about durian varieties and sales skills
Experience in retail / F&B / service industry is preferred, but not required (training provided)
Working Hours (Part-time / Shift Basis):
11:00am - 7:30pm
3:00pm - 12:00am
Daily Pay (Monthly Payout):
RM100 - RM120
