Prepare and assemble a variety of delicious products, following SOP and maintaining high-quality standards.
Operate the cash register & POSS System, accurately process transactions, and handle cash in accordance with company policies
Maintain a clean and organized dessert shop, including workstations, display areas, and dining areas.
Work collaboratively with others and support team members to ensure smooth operations.
Actively engage with customers to highlight additional dessert options, promotions, and special offers.
