Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding a seat.
Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and properly set up.
Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
Process payments and issue receipts when needed.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining inventory.
Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required.
Friendly and customer-oriented attitude.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work in shift, weekends, and holidays.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
