Job Description

• Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred, but not required.
• Positive attitude, good communication skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
• No specific education level required.
• Required language(s): English

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests, answering their questions, recommending menu items and specials, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently and enter them into the system.
• Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and professional manner, observing proper food handling and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and tidy restaurant environment, including tables, chairs, and dining areas.
• Assist with table setting, including laying out tablecloths, silverware, and glasses.
• Perform opening and closing duties, such as setting up and breaking down tables, cleaning and organising the dining area, and restocking supplies.
• Collaborate with the kitchen crew to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain a clean and tidy appearance and adhere to dress code and grooming standards.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions and ensure accurate billing.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation.
• Developing a deep understanding of the restaurant\'s menu and services to provide excellent customer service.
