Responsibilities

• Customer service: Greeting customers, providing excellent service, and ensuring customers have a good dining experience
• Taking orders: Taking orders accurately and communicating with the kitchen staff
• Serving food and drinks: Delivering food and drinks to customers, and ensuring the food is correct and presentable
• Cleaning: Cleaning tables, wiping down tables, and removing debris
• Handling payments: Processing bills and collecting payments
• Maintaining hygiene: Following food safety regulations and ensuring proper hygiene standards are upheld
• Other duties: Restocking napkin trays, refilling condiment bottles, and setting tables
• Communication: Answering questions about menu items, suggesting food and drinks, and communicating with customers to resolve complaints
• SOP : In providing service, a Waiter or Service Crew must follow the Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) set by the restaurant
