  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the venue at all times.
  • Replenish tickets for various types of machine
  • Topping up tokens in token dispenser, remove tokens from the machine, topping up tickets in machines.
  • In charge of gift redemption.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Tanggungjawab
  • Able to speak in simple English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is often preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Accuracy in handling customer orders and transactions.
  • Clear and effective communication with both customers and team members
  • Proactive approach to tasks and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
  • A positive and friendly demeanor to enhance the overall customer experience.
