Requirements

  • Salary is calculated by day
  • Will need to follow team to various location within Klang Valley
  • Girl Service Crew will be more prioritise
  • Minimum education level: Completion of Primary School.
  • Must be proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
  • Possess strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to convey information clearly and accurately.
  • Exhibit sales skills to promote products effectively and achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to problem-solve and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Must have keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in transactions and product handling.
  • Capable of managing time effectively to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • This is an entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur.
Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with their inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring products are presented attractively.
  • Operate the cash register, process payments accurately, and handle customer transactions efficiently.
  • Assist in receiving and unpacking new merchandise, verifying shipments against invoices, and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex problems to the supervisor when necessary.
  • Actively promote products and sales by informing customers about current promotions, special offers, and new arrivals.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines, loss prevention measures, and dress code standards.
