Key Responsibilities:
Deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Assist in clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables, chairs and glass for service in an unobtrusive manner; greet guests according to club to ensure superior service.
Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
Presenting bills, accepting payment and operating point-of-sales machines and cash registers.
Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
Offer recommendations based on guests' preferences, dietary restrictions, and the club's signature dishes.
Have a thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer any questions confidently.
Demonstrate product knowledge and enthusiasm to encourage upselling opportunities.
