• Warmly welcome and seat guests at their tables, provide menus, and inform them of the daily specials or promotional dishes.
• Listen attentively to guests\' food and beverage preferences, answer menu-related questions, and accurately take orders. Pay attention to any special dietary requirements or allergies.
• Relay food and beverage orders to kitchen staff, ensuring that orders are prepared correctly and served promptly.
• Serve orders quickly and accurately, ensuring that food presentation meets the restaurant\'s standards. Check orders for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain clean and tidy tables, promptly clearing empty dishes and glassware.
• Attend to guests\' needs throughout their meal, such as promptly refilling drinks, providing extra condiments, or addressing any issues or special requests.
• Present the bill to guests when they are ready to pay, process payments accurately, and provide change or receipts.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service, communicate any special requests or order modifications to relevant staff members, and maintain a positive working environment.
• Assist with restaurant opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and setting up tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring the dining area is clean and well-maintained.
