  • Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  • Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide attentive and personalized service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Set up and clean tables promptly, ensuring a neat and inviting dining environment.
  • Assist in resetting tables and preparing them for the next guests.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to fulfill customer requests.
  • Have a thorough understanding of the menu to answer customer inquiries and make recommendations.
  • Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle cash and card transactions with honesty and integrity.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including regular clearing of dishes and trash removal.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and other service crew members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and superiors to address customer needs and concerns.
