1. Customer Service
Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take customer orders accurately and politely
Provide menu information and product recommendations
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience
2. Order Handling
Key in or relay customer orders correctly to the kitchen or system
Serve food and beverages according to service standards
Check orders before serving to ensure accuracy
3. Cleanliness & Housekeeping
Clean tables, chairs, and dining areas
Maintain cleanliness of service stations and equipment
Follow hygiene and cleanliness SOP at all times
4. Teamwork & Operations Support
Assist team members during peak hours
Follow instructions from Supervisor or Floor Captain
Support smooth daily operations
5. SOP & Safety Compliance
Follow company SOP, safety, and hygiene standards
Wear proper uniform and maintain personal grooming
Report any customer complaints or operational issues to supervisor
