Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

To provide excellent, efficient and consistent level of service to customer, such as courteous greetings to customer, presenting menu, up selling, recommending orders and taking customer's order. Required to attend and respond to customers' needs/enquiries promptly and professionally. To follow and abide to the company's Standard Operating Procedures. Master product knowledge of all SKU. To perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, cleaning glasses, furniture & fittings, laying of tables etc. Maintain high personal appearance/grooming, hygiene standards, tidiness and cleanliness in the outlet. Maintain good communication & working relationships with colleagues for achieving teamwork Other ad-hoc duties assigned by person(s) nominated by The Company

Requirements

:

Possess minimum SPM & above qualification. Able to work shift hours. Have passion in the bakery / F&B retail industry.

Competencies

:

Customer service oriented. Good communication skills. Great aptitude to work in a fast-paced, food service environment. Good ability to multitask. Dedicated team player. Flexible schedule capability. Fluent in Mandarin would be an added advantage. Ability to stand for long hours.
