Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our cafe as part-time service crew members. You will play a key role in ensuring an excellent dining experience for our customers through exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

Greet customers warmly and assist with seating arrangements. Take orders accurately and provide recommendations on menu items. Address customer inquiries or concerns in a professional and friendly manner.

Food and Beverage Preparation

Assist in preparing beverages (e.g., coffee, tea, and specialty drinks). Ensure proper presentation of food items before serving.

Hygiene and Cleanliness

Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, counter, and other cafe facilities. Follow health and safety standards, including food handling and sanitation guidelines.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations. Assist with restocking supplies and inventory as needed.

Other Duties

Support promotional activities and upselling efforts. Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the cafe manager.

Requirements

Able to work every weekend, Friday to Sunday only .

Prior experience in F&B or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory. Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during peak hours. Flexible with work hours, including weekends and public holidays.
