- English & Mandarin literate (speak & read)
- Understand restaurant etiquette
- Customer-service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Manage the music hall which involves an open karaoke system and live music
- Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Seats guests and manage the seating charts
- Performs opening and closing duties as needed
- Assists others with side work including, but not limited to taking and sending orders, cleaning.
- Inform and upsell to the customers on our on-going alcoholic promotions
- EPF, SOCSO & EIS contribution for Malaysian employees
- Over-time payment
