Responsibilities:

Taking orders from customers.
Answering questions about menu items, food ingredients and so on.
Try to up-sell our products and give suggestions to customer about menu items.
Communicate with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any complaints.
Remove dirty dishes from tables to avoid clutter while customers are eating.
Ensure the restaurant is tidy and clean at all times.
Handle customers payment and ensure that the correct amount has been paid.
Other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements:

Applicant must be passionate in food and beverage as well as taking care of customers.
Pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills and well groomed.
Minimum 1 year working experience preferably in F&B industry.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Good communication skills (Fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia)
