Responsibilities
You will :
Maintain cleanliness of the service area + lobby area, clean tables and chairs.
Ensure that utensils, napkins + beverage stations are restocked at specific levels.
Learn and maintain knowledge of our changing menu to effectively communicate all ingredients to guests.
Operate POS register to complete customer transactions.
Ensure all food placed in the service area meets food safety and quality standards.
Greet guests, guide the customer journey, resolve guests issues and properly inform guests of cashless transactions + how our ordering process works.
Receive deliveries and verify that all ordered items have been delivered and are of good quality.
Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
Manage communication between Customers and Kitchen Team Member to determine items for serving areas that need to be stocked and relay special requests by customers.
