Job Description
Requirement :
Malaysian citizen only
18 years and above
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
Friendly, positive attitude and good communication skills
Able to work in a team and handle customers professionally
Willing to work on
shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Punctual, responsible, and well-groomed
Experience in Food Handling or customer service is an
advantage
(training provided)Able to start work immediately is a plus
Responsibility:
Welcome and serve customers in a
friendly, energetic, and professional
mannerTake and process food & beverage orders accurately using the POS system
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining
high service standards
Assist guests and ensure they have an enjoyable dining experience during
live events or fight nights
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and service areas at all times
Assist with
event setup, crowd management, and table arrangements
when requiredRefill condiments, utensils, and stock supplies as needed
Handle cashiering and daily sales reconciliation accurately
Work closely with the kitchen and operations team to ensure smooth service flow
Follow company SOPs and adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: Remote
