- Possess minimum education level SPM
- Positive attitude, outgoing and customer service oriented
- Good team player
- Previous experience in F&B is an added advantage
- Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
- Require to work on Weekend and Public Holiday.
- To welcome customers, take orders and serve food and beverage to customers according to restaurant standards
- Familiar with the whole floor operation and to help out kitchen if needed.
- Escalate any problems or complaints to the relevant supervisor or manager.
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude.
- To be able to explain, recommend and upsell the restaurant's products to the customers
- Receiving and processing customer payments
- Other ad hoc tasks
- Medical
