Our team provide technical expertise to meet our client expectation in Well Intervention requirement. We provide customers with the peace of mind needed to improve their operations reliably and efficiently.
Partner with the best You will manage all resources and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers\' site/property. You will be point of contact to the customers for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns. You will cover a wide variety of support services offered for assigned areas.
As a Service Delivery Coordinator/Billing Analyst \xe2\x80\x93 Completion and Wellbore Intervention, you will be responsible for:

• Acting as a single point of contact to customer for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns
• Covering a wide variety of support services offered for assigned areas
• Representing the most direct access to all appropriate internal functions to support the customer
• Establishing and maintaining contact to provide on-going technical and business support
• Representing the most direct access to all appropriate internal functions to support the customer
• Handling standardized project processes, guidelines for choosing the right actions and procedures

Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:

• Have minimum 4 years of working experience in Services and/or Customer Service Management in Oil & Gas industry
• Demonstrate good verbal and written communication in English with interpersonal and coordinating skills
• Demonstrate ability to create, update and maintain sales order, purchase requisition and extend material number in SAP system
• Demonstrate ability to raise transfer plant and consignment note in SAP for billing side
• Demonstrate ability to create Migo (GR) for non-inventory ordering
• Have ability to work and base in location of the role without company\'s support on relocation and Visa/Work Permit
