About the Role
We are hiring a
Service Desk Agent (Level 1)

What You'll Do
Be the first point of contact for IT support (phone, email, and chat).
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, networks, and applications.
Support and perform basic tasks in
Active Directory, O365, Exchange, and Virtual Machines
.
Log, track, and resolve incidents within SLA/KPI.
Route complex issues to the right team while keeping customers updated.
Provide excellent customer service in a
24x7 shift-based environment
.
What We're Looking For
1 - 3 years of IT support/service desk experience
Strong communication skills in
Bahasa Indonesia & English
Knowledge of desktop & network troubleshooting
Familiar with O365, AD, Exchange, wireless issues
Willing to work on
rotational shifts (including nights & weekends)
ITIL Foundation certification
is a must
Malaysian local candidate (mandatory)
Nice to Have
MCP or additional ITIL certifications
Knowledge of COTS applications, OS & browser troubleshooting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
