Role: Service Desk Analyst Job Type: 12 Months contract (Extendable) Job Location: Kuala Lumpur Salary: RM 2000 - RM 3000 JOB DESCRIPTION \xc2\xb7 To provide technical assistance to users through phone, emails of fax \xc2\xb7 To provide 1st level support and troubleshooting. \xc2\xb7 To log problems onto HPSM. \xc2\xb7 To ensure continuous improvement to the job function \xc2\xb7 To submit daily, weekly and monthly helpdesk report to team leader \xc2\xb7 To work within Team in a pressurized working environment \xc2\xb7 To continually demonstrate excellent inter- personal and telephone communication skills. \xc2\xb7 To handle all contacts with openness, honesty and respect \xc2\xb7 To act as single point of contact It related problems and queries, \xc2\xb7 To maintain customer focus in all areas at all times. \xc2\xb7 To ensure there is an emphasis on quality and continuous improvement within your job function. \xc2\xb7 To carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the management. REQUIREMENT Qualification \xc2\xb7 At least Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. \xc2\xb7 Required skill(s): Microsoft Window OS, Basic Networking, PC Wireless Connectivity, Lotus Notes, Window XP, and Remote Access troubleshooting knowledge. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Lotus Notes mail, MS Outlook \xc2\xb7 At Least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service environment \xc2\xb7 Excellent command of spoken and written English \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills \xc2\xb7 Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status. \xc2\xb7 Ability to grasp new technical concepts quickly. \xc2\xb7 Ability to identify and distinguish between hardware, software, network and server problems Competencies \xc2\xb7 Good Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc). \xc2\xb7 Understand the Security requirements necessary to perform ID administration tasks \xc2\xb7 Good written and verbal communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Good interpersonal skills and customer service skills. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work with a team and a good team player. \xc2\xb7 Highly self-motivated and directed.
