Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Required to manage day-to-day Service Desk processes and procedures \xe2\x80\xa2 Be the 1st point of contact for client support function \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide a focal point of communication and technical escalation to appropriate Consultants \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform administrative duties such as account moves and track issues in log \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong excel skills to help with excel updates in various listings \xe2\x80\xa2 To help with email reminders and follow ups within IT related issue. \xe2\x80\xa2 Laisse with billing team on PRs and POs related issue. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be multitasking and able to lead a team. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 4 years experience of working on a Helpdesk or Service Desk \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to maintain accurate records and documentation \xe2\x80\xa2 Effective customer communications skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent telephony skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Not necessary technical but preferably
