Perform first-level technical remote troubleshooting to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Coordinate service arrangements for new projects, ensuring smooth setup and execution.
Organize and support service arrangements for new maintenance activities.
Provide technical hotline support to assist customers and internal teams.
Arrange and support technical training sessions for customers or internal staff.
Offer guidance and technical insights to identify and support new business opportunities or work streams.
Review and verify technical reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
Diploma or bachelor's degree in electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic in Engineering or equivalent.
Preferable experienced in semiconductor machinery servicing environment (die sorter, pick & place process, vision inspection, robot handling)

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
