Oversee workshop operations, scheduling, and manpower allocation
Supervise maintenance and repairs; ensure warranty and repair processes align with SANY standards
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues; guide team on effective repair methods
Manage workshop KPIs, budgets, and prepare reports on performance and expenditures
Provide customer feedback, build relationships with clients, suppliers, and manufacturers
Organize team training and ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and HSE requirements
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
Proficiency in Mandarin (for communication with suppliers)
Strong technical skills in machinery maintenance and troubleshooting
Experience managing teams and coordinating maintenance schedules
Valid Class D driving license
Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience
