1 Provide technical services in terms of installation, commissioning , maintenance and other related technical support and enquires to direct customer and dealers on Network (majority) & Telecommunication (minority) solutions which include all network, security & voice gateway product. The support should be supported within SLA requirement and can be rendered via phone, emails and/or on-site support. During non-office hour standby and onsite service will be assigned as when the need arises. 2 Provide routine maintenance & contractual services for contract customers and adhere to the maintenance schedule. 3 Provide user training and constant product services updates to dealers and direct customers on all IT especially Network & Security solutions. 4 Assist / personally perform Inhouse QC test, software updates & upgrades for all Network solutions and related equipment 5 1st & 2nd level support on all network solution or related equipment 6 Ensure the job assignment complete within SLA by following up with customers, colleague or vendors closely if necessary 7 Knowledge transfer among all other colleagues Please visit our website: www.TGS-Enterprise.com Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5
