Require travelling to customer sites to perform equipment Testing & Commissioning according to design conditions, service & repair and customer support. Travel up to 75% of the times at site and providing support to customer over the phone.
Diagnose, troubleshooting and correct malfunctions in electrical and mechanical on equipment. To minimize equipment downtime and ensure customers\' satisfaction.
Conduct equipment training to customers.
Give technical feedback by submitting details field service reports.
Communicate professionally with customer in service-oriented manner both in person and in writing.
Help in promoting Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) service and indirect sales on company products.
Requirement:
Candidate will be based at the Johor Service Centre at Masai.
Experience in Electrical Control Panel & Power Panel.
Diploma/Certificate in Electrical/Engineering, Chargeman (AO), IKM or equivalent
Minimum 3-5years experience in Electrical is preferred.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision and willing to learn and resourceful.
Able to speak and write in English.
Candidates must have own transport.
Candidates is willing to travel outstation including Singapore.
