Job Description

• Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related engineering fields
• 0-5 years of work experience in the HVAC/engineering industry (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Ability to think independently, strong sense of responsibility, positive attitude, and capability to embrace new challenges
• Proficient in coordinating documentation/reporting requirements
• Proven record of successfully managing project sites with hands-on experience
• Experience/knowledge in AUTOCAD and Microsoft Project
• Skilled in client interactions and maintaining good business relationships
• Leadership abilities to manage on-site technical teams

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the planning and successful implementation of HVAC projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Oversee the execution of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) for HVAC equipment, ensuring all tasks are completed according to the scheduled timelines and meet customer requirements.
• Evaluate the condition of HVAC systems in case of breakdowns, recommend the most effective solutions, and prepare detailed technical reports for client review.
• Develop and execute improvement plans, proposing corrective maintenance activities to enhance system performance and reliability for the customer.
• Recommend, plan, and oversee the implementation of mitigation strategies to address any performance and quality issues that arise.
• Document all maintenance work conducted and prepare comprehensive reports to be submitted to clients, ensuring transparency and accountability in service delivery.
• Attend meetings with customers and end users to address and resolve any concerns, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction.
