Job Description

1. Equipment Installation & Maintenance

Assess, install, and commission systems and related mechanical/electrical equipment. Perform routine inspections, servicing, and preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevity. Create and implement preventive maintenance procedures for system components.

2. Troubleshooting & Repair

Diagnose and repair faults, failures, or malfunctions in systems and associated machinery. Analyse equipment performance data and make necessary adjustments or corrective actions.

3. Technical Support & Client Interaction

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions. Provide technical support to clients and colleagues regarding system operation and maintenance. Offer training and guidance to staff or clients on equipment usage and care. 24/7 technical support online and onsite when necessary.

4. Documentation & Reporting

Write service reports and document all maintenance, repair, and installation activities. Complete required forms, logs, records, and work report accurately. Prepare method of statement (MOS), Risk Assessment (RA) and permit to work (PTW).

5. Inventory & Coordination

Work with warehouse and procurement team for parts and tools records of inventory and movement. Feedback to factory team for onsite issue and findings regarding units and parts supplied. Report problems to the Quality and Technical team of manufacturing companies when needed and help identifying solution. Supervise and Lead technician/Contractor for onsite task.

6. Safety & Compliance

Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, standards, and company policies. Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free working environment.

. Travel to Asian countries eg. Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia are required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
