To call on customers assigned and to provide basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance service and repair on Emerson\'s equipment.
To perform repair and calibration at site or in the workshop which include preventative Maintenance and field modifications as per cutomers requirement
To promote and project to customers Emerson\'s service capability and support.
To build rapport and establish good working relationships with customers to ensure quality services and support.
To obtain feedback on performance of Emerson\'s products for analysis.
Assist in problem resolution for customers as well as internal staff on service-related matters.
Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner
Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
Meeting Health and Human Services, Environmental Health and Safety and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements.
Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts, contract renewals and system sales.
Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
