Diploma or bachelor's degree in electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic in Engineering or equivalent. Preferable experienced in

semiconductor

machinery servicing environment(die sorter, pick & place process, vision inspection, robot handling) Fulfill customer service support requirements with accuracy and efficiency. Adhere to instructions and guidance provided by team leaders and supervisors. Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
