Prefer Sarawakian who is interest working at Peninsular Malaysia at Puchong , Selangor Key Responsibilities \xef\x82\xb7 Carrying out routine service, maintenance and troubleshooting activities of Honeywell Energy control systems remotely / at customer sites. \xef\x82\xb7 Support customers remotely and on-site and provide level 1 support in case of arising issues \xef\x82\xb7 Work on a roaster for after-office-hours on-call support / standby. \xef\x82\xb7 To meet contract customer KPI and respond hotline cases within 2 \xe2\x80\x93 4 hours. \xef\x82\xb7 Ensuring success in terms of economic results and customer satisfaction \xef\x82\xb7 Respond promptly to incidents, investigate and provide temporary and/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated. \xef\x82\xb7 To collaborate with other affiliate project and sales / bid team. \xef\x82\xb7 Perform system hardware and software upgrades and updates. \xef\x82\xb7 Selecting products, components and designing network systems to be used in ultra-high availability environments. \xef\x82\xb7 Configuring the components and systems of the solution according to the requirements. \xef\x82\xb7 Executing projects within the quality framework (time, budget, functionality). \xef\x82\xb7 Fault finding and administration of control systems within the solution to ensure required performance and availability. \xef\x82\xb7 Designing and engineering solutions down to detail to satisfy the specified requirements of the customer. YOU MUST HAVE \xef\x82\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree, or equivalent. Some experience in the field. WE VALUE \xef\x82\xb7 Experience with EPKS & TPS Domains, controllers (HPM, C200/C300), switches etc. \xef\x82\xb7 Support Honeywell FTE, and Microsoft Technologies Configure, maintain and troubleshoot Honeywell Experion hardware and Software, Distributed Control Systems (DCS) will be highly regarded. \xef\x82\xb7 Demonstrate in depth knowledge in configuring, installing and troubleshooting industrial communication protocols for third party interfaces (Modbus, DNP3 and OPC) is a must. \xef\x82\xb7 Strong understanding of high availability server/client clusters and networks.
