AL Maritime is a business unit within GM&T (Global Markets & Technologies). The activity is articulated around four main businesses: Global Helium, Global Rare Gases, Offshore Energies and Maritime Cryogenic Supply. It is a very international environment, managing multiple locations worldwide.

As part of AL Maritime, Cryogenic Tank Services (CTS) is a Malaysian entity which was acquired in 2015. CTS specializes in cryogenic tank and equipment rental for the offshore and maritime industries as well as in cryogenic transport of molecules, and provides a full range of repair and testing services. CTS is looking to accelerate its expansion through key development segments. The Service Engineer key mission will be to ensure optimal equipment performance to ensure customer satisfaction and meeting delivery deadlines.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

In this regards, the Service Engineer responsibilities will be to ensure safety and reliability of our equipments through the following levers:

• Monitoring equipment performance on a daily basis and developing preventative maintenance measures.
• Perform inspection and quality check for all the equipment before releasing to the customers and prepare necessary documents/reports required for the maintenance works done.
• Engage with supervisor, technicians and general workers to complete given tasks within the deadline.
• Monitor the workers, technicians and welder engaged in repair works under his/her supervision and recommend appropriate action to his/her immediate supervisor when required.
• Responsible for controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment as well as monitoring and controlling maintenance cost.
• Plan for equipment and manpower utilization to meet production indices.

• Able to work with high degree of independent and initiative;
• Technically minded and have strong problem solving skills;
• Familiar with equipment maintenance, repair and installation will be an added advantage;
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia;
• Strong communication skills, personality and leadership;
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred;
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
