Job Summary:
Service Engineer is a professional who installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs the machinery timely at customer\xe2\x80\x99s sites. The engineer is also expected to provide training for the users and also to feedback improvement points to the project managers or engineering team. People with strong technical skills, passion with high-tech machines, detail-oriented are required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting or diagnosing issues of machines on-site
- Providing on-site repair and maintenance activities
- Training customers on how to use the machines
- Communicating with sales, project manager, or engineering team to resolve customer issues.
- Analyzing customer feedback or machine issues on site, and making recommendations for machine improvement
- Timely report about unresolved issues, or repetitive issues in 5-Why or other equivalent concept.
Requirements:
- Education background of Electronic/Mechanical/Electrical/ Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent is preferred.
- More than 2 years of working experience in Semiconductor manufacturing/Solar Cell or Module manufacturing is preferred.
- Working experience from other electronics manufacturing industry, if hands-on with machines are also considered.
- Experience of LPCVD/PECVD/APCVD/Diffusion or any other equivalent electronics equipment hands-on knowledge is required.
- Must be a hands-on person who has strong passion with machines and hardware.
- Good analytical, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure.
- Able to travel for local and oversea assignment when require.
- Minimum education level: Vocational
- 2 years of experience
- Language(s): Mandarin Chinese ,English ,Malay
- Driver\'s license: Car
- Availability to travel: Yes
