Service Engineer / Service Technician

Job Description
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Biomedical, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- Able to provide technical solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Able to travel extensively throughout the whole of Malaysia
- Must have own car as transport
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as emergency off-hours as required to support a 24/7 schedule
- Willing to travel periodically to support business needs.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to communicate efficiently with customers
- Prepare service and technical report in writing
- Lodge technical breakdown report to Technical Support portal, follow-up, and close the case upon completion
- Attend to premise for Endoscopy, including installation, breakdown/troubleshooting & service at customer\'s inclusive of systems applications, operating system support, applications support, software support, technical support, and troubleshooting.
- Communicate daily with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up leading to acceptable customer satisfaction levels.
