• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Biomedical, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Able to provide technical solutions to customers in a timely manner
• Able to travel extensively throughout the whole of Malaysia
• Must have own car as transport
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as emergency off-hours as required to support a 24/7 schedule
• Willing to travel periodically to support business needs.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to communicate efficiently with customers

ResponsibilitiesWe are currently seeking an experienced Service Engineer/Technician to join our team. As a Service Engineer/Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and service to our customers. This includes preparing service and technical reports in writing, lodging technical breakdown reports to the Technical Support portal, and attending to premises for Endoscopy, including installation, breakdown/troubleshooting, and service at the customer\'s site.Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare service and technical report in writing
• Lodge technical breakdown report to Technical Support portal, follow-up, and close the case upon completion
• Attend to premise for Endoscopy, including installation, breakdown/troubleshooting & service at customer\'s inclusive of systems applications, operating system support, applications support, software support, technical support, and troubleshooting.
• Communicate daily with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up leading to acceptable customer satisfaction levels.
