Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our advanced oncology medical equipment, ensuring optimal performance and enhancing patient care through installation, commissioning, and maintenance. Responsibilities:

Installation, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of medical equipment. Conduct field testing and troubleshoot medical systems to promptly identify and resolve issues. Execute preventive maintenance practices. Provide technical support and training to customers, focusing on delivering quality service while identifying the root causes of equipment breakdowns. Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through effective problem-solving and timely responses to their needs. Maintain accurate records of all service-related information to ensure transparency and accountability. Assist in the development of junior service engineers by providing guidance in troubleshooting equipment service matters.

Requirements:

Possess a Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or equivalent. At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a medical field is added advantage; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. MUST possess own car transport. Willing to travel within state/ outstation and overseas. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both verbal and written). Good technical diagnostic and problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Proactive self-starter with initiative and capable to work independently. Team player with good organization, interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
