SERVICE ENGINEER

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING


Fully responsible to coordinate and resolve technical issues arise on site with customer or dealer. Carry out Service, maintenance, diagnosis, parts installation, testing and commissioning of the laundry equipment at customer site or dealer site. Documentation - service activities accurately and maintain records of repairs and maintenance Provide accurate information to Back end office to complete the commercial offering to customer in timely manner. Technical support - Provide technical support and solution for equipment's issue effectively, online or offline. Technical training - Periodically provide operations and technical training to customer and dealer. Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to our products and services Establish and maintain good relationships with clients, act as a trusted advisor Traveling to other country to provide support to other colleague/ customer when required.

WHAT'S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE


Bachelor's degree in electrical / electronic / mechanical engineering Strong understanding in electrical, troubleshooting Proficient is resolving technical issues in a fast-paced environment Ability to convince external parties to accept new practices, approaches, and solutions Experience in similar industry of 1 - 2 years. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Computer literacy Good spoken and written communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
