Candidate must possess at least with Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical or related field)
Possess own transport.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong in leadership, planning, communication and problem solving skils.
Ability to work under pressure and independently.
Good common of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Computer literate.
Fresh graduate/ Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizen or hold relevant residence status.
Tanggungjawab
Effectively manages technicians and advisors, to ensure team objectives are being carried out
Displays extensive working knowledge of industry standards and practices, including product details and company services offered
Offers exemplary customer service, including maintaining customer relationships and ensuring repeat customers by upselling products and services and taking care of any customer concerns or complaint quickly and professionally
Develops working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions and laws and ensures service department adheres to all regulations
To plan monthly servicing schedule, collect reporting and bill customer on time
Regularly audits work being done and customer service being provided to ensure all standards are met and that repair work is carried out effectively, correctly and thoroughly
To performs other related duties assigned by the line supervisor
Implement timely actions taken to correct and/or prevent problems identified in the related processes.
Ensure necessary documentation, records, reporting, compilation and/or charts being timely prepared and submitted.
Implementation of Quality Policy, Objectives, Targets, Continual Improvement Programs, as well as all related QMS documentation in a timely manner.
Committed to implement any actions/tasks needed in a timely manner to address risk & opportunities within the Quality Management System, to give assurance to achieve intended results, enhance desirable effects, prevent or reduce undesired effects and/or to achieve improvements.
Committed to implement any actions/tasks needed in a timely manner to continually improve the suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the Quality Management System
Any other specified responsibilities dictated in the respective approved valid System Process Procedures.
