\xc3\x98 Responsible for representing the service solution to customers and at field events such as troubleshooting, repair, modification, calibration, verification, etc
\xc3\x98 PM / Cal for all level equipment
\xc3\x98 Installation of equipment
\xc3\x98 Attend to break-fix and customer technical issue
\xc3\x98 Attend to customers\' technical inquiries and provide technical support to ensure customers\' satisfaction
\xc3\x98 Interact with customers\' technical teams
\xc3\x98 Develop customer\'s staff by providing technical training.
\xc3\x98 Self Improvement initiatives : commitment to complete assessment and training plan within timeline.

Mandatory:
\xc2\xb7 Degree/Diploma in Engineering/chemistry or related field
\xc2\xb7 At least 2-3 years working experience in a Service environment

\xc2\xb7 Possess own transport and willing to travel
Preferred:
\xc2\xb7 First hand understanding of technical equipment
\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of weighing or analytical instrument
