Job Description

Job Responsibilities



Schedule technicians or contractors for service, repairs, preventive maintenance.

Track the status of each service call till resolution.

Receive, record, and triage incoming service requests from clients (call, email).

Conduct or assist in inspections / site visits when required.

Maintain and manage service contracts: renewals, pricing, scope.

Provide regular reports to supervisors on service KPIs: response times, resolution times, number of callbacks, client satisfaction, cost variances.

Maintain service records, warranty documents, as?built service history for each site

Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements and Qualifications



Diploma / Certificate / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related technical field. Experience (1?3 years or more) in service operations, maintenance, or after?sales in technical / building services environment. Knowledge of mechanical/electrical / building services systems, and ability to understand technical issues. Good communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to liaise with clients, contractors, internal teams. Organizational skills; able to manage multiple service requests concurrently. Basic computer skills: MS Office Proactive attitude; problem solving; customer focus.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
