Requirements



Diploma or Degree in Software, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration, preferably with up to 1 year of work experience in a related role. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities



Act as the first point of contact for user inquiries and support requests. Log and document issues accurately for follow-up or escalation. Provide basic troubleshooting assistance and respond to simple technical or service-related questions. Create and update support tickets to track ongoing issues and resolutions. Escalate complex problems to the respective team or supervisor when necessary. Assist users with product information, system guidance, or relevant resources. Communicate clearly and professionally with users to ensure a positive support experience. Collaborate with the team to improve daily support operations and share insights. Support in preparing simple reports or summaries of helpdesk activities when required. Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support department operations.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,500.00 per month
