Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Value add service to Customer
- Identifying customer needs and the right solutions / recommendations to customers
- Keeping records of all customer conversations on the CRM database which including segregating and updating iBase data/equipment list via Phone, in-situ and Email
- Effectively delivering MT value in the market via solution selling, leveraging on online/softcopy value materials, SET utilization and Asset Plus report.
- Work closely with sales team on penetration strategic and able to trigger client\'s interest by value selling approach.
Mandatory
- Degree or Diploma in business or engineering
- Able to read and communicate in English and Malays
- Minimum 1 year working experience from telemarketing or schedule and dispatch background
- Good interpersonal and phone skills
- Fresh graduate with customer oriented personality are encourage to apply
- Good communication, target oriented and friendly character
- Consistent worker and management of assigned tasks and schedule
