Identifying customer needs and the right solutions / recommendations to customers
Keeping records of all customer conversations on the CRM database which including segregating and updating iBase data/equipment list via Phone, in-situ and Email
Effectively delivering MT value in the market via solution selling, leveraging on online/softcopy value materials, SET utilization and Asset Plus report.
Work closely with sales team on penetration strategic and able to trigger client\'s interest by value selling approach.
What You Need to Succeed
Mandatory
Degree or Diploma in business or engineering
Able to read and communicate in English and Malays
Minimum 1 year working experience from telemarketing or schedule and dispatch background
Good interpersonal and phone skills
Fresh graduate with customer oriented personality are encourage to apply
Preferred
Good communication, target oriented and friendly character
Consistent worker and management of assigned tasks and schedule
