We're looking for a motivated and hands-on

Service & Instrumentation Engineer/Officer

who's passionate about environmental technology, sensors, and real-world applications.

You'll be part of an energetic team supporting our nationwide monitoring systems -- ensuring our instruments, telemetry, and field equipment deliver accurate, decision-quality data.

What You'll Do

Assist in maintaining and servicing

instrumentation systems, sensors, and electronic equipment

. Support the

setup and handling

of instruments and equipment within the department. Work with our

inventory management system

to track and organize instruments. Collaborate with internal

Project, Sales, and Service teams

, and liaise with suppliers. Participate in

field data collection

, installations, and special projects when assigned. Support

daily operations

, including equipment delivery and pickup logistics. Help guide and support teammates to ensure work quality and compliance with guidelines. Maintain company presentation standards in brand materials and workspace readiness. Provide excellent

customer service

, responding to inquiries and assisting clients effectively. Perform other duties assigned by the Sales, Project, or Service Managers/Directors.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree

in Science, Marine Science, Electronic, Mechatronic, or related engineering fields.

Willing to travel

and support field assignments. Minimum

1 year of working experience

(fresh graduates are welcome!).

Valid driving license

is required. A strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
