Job Description

This is a strategic role to drive the key operations growth and capabilities of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and deliver the operational growth and new services provided. Develop the right structure and controls to introduce new services to customers. Work with business teams to define the operational and tech requirements (service design, governance, risk management, approval process etc). Monitor and ensure due diligence is conducted to deliver and support new services. Identify risks and issues and review mitigation efforts. Define success criteria and results reporting. Enable the implementation and transition of new services.

Key Requirement

Min 9 years of experience in enterprise planning, organisation/service level performance. End to end knowledge on new service setup and transition framework operationalization. Attention to detail, skilled in service level management, service design. Ability to work with various stakeholders. Relevant experience in FSI, technology or banking. This opportunity is available to individuals authorized to work in Malaysia.

Pay: RM168,000.00 - RM204,000.00 per year
