Service Leader-Finance

We are looking for Service Leader-Finance

As a Service Leader-Finance, we rely on you to

Handling administration work according to guidelines given by Shangri-La\xe2\x80\x99s Hotel and Resort. Account (General Ledger) Maintenance. Prepayment Account Maintenance. Preparing Expenses Analysis Schedule (Account Payable). Fixed Assets Register (FAR) Updating Bank Reconciliation, Bank Deposit Adjustment (Foreign Cheque), Lobby Shop / General Store / Operating Equipment Store/Maintenance Store Reconciliation of System against Book (GL)

We are looking for someone who:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher /Graduate Diploma, Business Studies / Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.

Required skill(s): MS Office.

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance \xe2\x80\x93 Book Keeping / General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

Handling administration work according to guidelines given by Shangri-La\xe2\x80\x99s Hotel and Resort.

Hard working & Willing to learn

Willing to work extra hours to complete tasks

Able to multi-skilled

Able to work independently

Likes to handle paperwork.

Independent, Innovative, energetic and strong interpersonal skill,

Effective bilingual in English & Malay both written and verbal.
