Service Leader - Front Office (Rooms Controller)
Shangri-La Tanjung Aru, Kota Kinabalu. Sabah.
DUTIES
Responsible to administer the rooms\' inventory and ensuring guests\' requests and preferences are met.
Work on a partnership with the Housekeeping Rooms Controller to ensure smooth running of rooms preparation.
Supervises front office receiptionist as well as performing receiptionist task as and when required by check-in/check-out guests at the receiptiont counter.
REQUIREMENT
Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality Management or equivalent with minimum 1 year working experience at similar capacity.
Guest oriented and pleasant personality with good knowledge and skills in customer relations.
Proficient command in oral and written in English, command of Mandarin will be an added advantage.
A responsible person that can be counted upon to deliver results under minimal supervision.
