Someone with an attitude to deliver and a passion to delight.ResponsibilitiesAudits Front Office and F&B Cashiers' Reports by reviewing the guest folios, vouchers and guest checks on the rates, prices, computation, documentation, authorization of charges, etc and reports discrepancies. * Prepares, verifies and reconciles Daily F&B Revenue Reports by reflecting the summary of the total revenue of all restaurants and bars.

  • Reconciles Guest Ledger balance per daily F&B Revenue report with that of the Front Office machine balance and as required, traces discrepancies, if any.
  • Ensures that night audit reports are accomplished and that night audit is in balance.
  • Possesses full knowledge of emergency procedures
  • Attends scheduled employee training and periodic reviews on departmental responsibilities in case of emergencies.
  • Performs other duties as may be required by management from time to time.
  • Ensures timely reporting of malfunction or maintenance deficiencies to appropriate area.
RequirementsDiploma in Accountancy or SPM with related accountancy background. * Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong auditing and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills, including spreadsheets and accounting software.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
