Someone with an eye for detail, the skills to perform and a passion to delight.Service Leader - HR (Learning & Development)We are looking for Service Manager- HR (Learning & Development)As a Service Leader - HR (Learning & Development), we rely on you to:Assist the Learning & Development to plan, monitors, coordinates and conducts training activity effectively in order to upgrade the performance of our employees to meet the hotel standard.We are looking for someone who:
- Preferably who has Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- Has 2-3 years of experience in similar capacity in an International Class Hotel
- Pleasant and well-groomed
- Excellent Trainer & Coaching skills
- Has strong interpersonal skills
- A team player, goals oriented, dependent, highly motivated, mature and with a high speed of execution,
- Computer knowledge.
- Has financial knowledge
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English and Malay
