After-Sales Service Manager

Key Responsibilities:



Manage after-sales operations to ensure high-quality service delivery Foster strong customer relationships and resolve issues effectively Lead, mentor, and motivate the service team to achieve performance goals Track key performance indicators and implement process enhancements

What We're Looking For:



Minimum 5 years experience in after-sales or service management (automotive industry preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with service management tools and customer engagement strategies Analytical thinking with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications:



Background in automotive after-sales operations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
