After-Sales Service Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Manage after-sales operations to ensure high-quality service delivery

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 5 years experience in after-sales or service management (automotive industry preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with service management tools and customer engagement strategies
Analytical thinking with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in automotive after-sales operations

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
