Position: Service Manager (E-MAS Division)

Job Scope / Responsibilities:

Daily Operations Management:

- Oversee daily operations of the E-MAS service center, including vehicle intake, service scheduling, and timely job completion.

- Ensure smooth workflow in the workshop and meet productivity and efficiency targets.

Customer Service:

- Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through transparent, friendly, and efficient service.

- Provide post-sales support for EV customers.

Staff Management:

- Lead, supervise, and motivate the team of service advisors, technicians, foremen, and operational staff.

- Conduct regular training to improve staff knowledge on EVs and new automotive technologies.

- Perform regular performance reviews and reporting for service staff.

Compliance with Standards & Policies:

- Ensure all service work complies with OEM standards, company SOPs, and safety regulations.

- Maintain cleanliness and safety within the service center, especially in accordance with EV safety requirements.

- Inventory & Spare Parts Management:

- Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of parts and consumables.

- Liaise with suppliers and HQ for procurement and inventory forecasting.

Business Development:

- Drive revenue growth through service packages, upselling parts and additional services.

- Prepare monthly performance reports (revenue, CSI, WIP, efficiency, productivity).

Electric Vehicle (EV) Expertise:

- Ensure all staff are trained and certified in EV handling, safety, and maintenance.

- Stay updated with the latest EV systems, including battery diagnostics, charging systems, and electric drivetrains.

Working Day:

Monday - Saturday (8.30am - 5pm)

Requirement:

A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry. Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication skills and able to interact with customers, mechanics and all levels in the organization. Self initiative at work, attention to detail, responsible, hardworking and responsive. Eager to delve into the intricacies of automotive systems and technologies.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
